I have been offering youth therapy and family counselling services in B.C. for 28 years. I am interested in creating a space where positive personal stories can be remembered and created, and this is accomplished in large part through the use of relationship building.

Sometimes life is difficult. We are unable to overcome the issues that are plaguing our life. While some may be able to address similar issues, they don't have the same past experiences that are holding them in a negative place.

I offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard, slow down, and make sense of what you’re going through. Together, we’ll explore patterns, strengthen self-understanding, and build practical tools to support meaningful, lasting change.

As an experienced counsellor, I provide a secure, confidential space for collaborative exploration. I help individuals, couples, and families towards positive outcomes across diverse life stages, fostering growth and well-being. Together we will work towards your goals

Somatic. Relational. Neurobiological. I am an integrative therapist offering grounded, compassionate and effective therapy for a richer, more relational life. Sessions are available online and in-person. I am an EMDR trained therapist.

I love getting to know new people and listening to their stories whatever they may be feeling. In this space is the opportunity to connect. I work hard to know my clients and offer skills that truly help to find relief and change no matter how stuck things may seem.
